Become a Volunteer in Our Community
Mental health is progressively deteriorating, rather than improving, due to the current economic climate. The mental health epidemic affecting children and adolescents has gotten a significant deal of attention and investment in recent years. Despite this, the situation continues to deteriorate.
Our youth resilience-building programs have been established for today's youth based on the assumption that they cannot cope with the challenges of contemporary life. Knowing this would alter everything for today's young people - which is precisely what the Employ Foundation could do. Our evidence-based and unique mental health education program has benefited more than thousands of young people in India.
It is our responsibility to demonstrate to young people that they can deal with life's difficulties. The knowledge and conviction that they CAN uncover their underlying psychological well-being and resilience and that they can utilize it to overcome their difficulties and realize the extraordinary potential is instead imparted upon them.
In our efforts to teach our children about their inherent ability to bounce back from hardship, the data is clear: they have this potential.

After my first session
Finally, after a few years of searching, I’ve found an excellent therapist.” After my first session, she said, “Did I invite you to my group session?” After that, I attended six weeks of group therapy with six other women to hone my skills at establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries. The group was excellent since it functioned much like a sped-up version of a therapy session. One-on-one sessions are now scheduled for me once every other month. If you like and trust your therapist, don’t skip group sessions.
